The Pentagon rebrands protest now as low level terrorism all except in Iran were the protesters are cheered on as freedom fighters for democracy.

It doesn't take much insight to see the hypocricy in this little publicized move that protesters weather domestic or abroad are now considered or highly suspect of "low level Terrorism?" while at the same time the US leaders who hold up that view are also the same leaders who are praising and cheerleading the protesters in Iran? something is not quite right with that picture. What if the shoe was on the other foot?

Peace,
Fire Walker

Sometime between the end of GW Bushes
first four year term in the white house office and the middle of his second term
the Penagon had several billion dollars it could not account for several billions goes missing, can't be accounted for!

Now the average working class of folks
who are also voters in this country have to account for every single dollar they earn in wages when fileing federal income tax yet the Pentagon can take countless billions of our hard earned tax payer dollars and can't account to where it went?

Also they came up with several thousand rifles and ammo bought for the military with tax payers money that also somehow can't be accounted for and don't know what happened to these weapons, pretty
poor accounting when it comes to tax payers money I would say.

Peace,
Fire Walker

Indeed it is ugly Byron, I hope and pray often that the money that is missing would be located and re- allocated to the VA for medical and personal, for VA hospitals to get the care for the soldiers from these wars going back to at least Viet Nam and current mideast wars, for the sick, maimed and broken for one and for another to get the GI bill of rights caught up with todays cost of living.

Though it has been awhile I have written my local congressional members a few times regarding the grievious things to do with this subject
some do what they can within the limits of their power others think nothing needs done but in either case they have had the courtesy to write back and acknowledge these concerns as truthful and caring.

It seems over the years from my personal walk and POV, especialy in the last twenty years that the seperation of the three branches of government, Legislative, Judicial and Executive have slowly but surly been blurred, these three branches and the seperation is one of the great things our Nation has had that many people in other countries only dreamed of and to witness this great system erode and breake down by loosing this seperation between the three branches has caused many political and military problems to develope.

Peace,

We supported Saddam went he was fighting (the evil) Iranians and we literally turned the tide against the Russians in Afghanistan by supplying the (then Freedom Fighting) Taliban with Stinger Missiles. I worked on these missiles and have fired them myself. They are shoulder launched, man-portable, anti-air weapons capable of taking down any and all aircraft within a few miles of their launch point. We can’t account for scores of these weapons and have no idea where they all went. Can you imagine what these could do in the wrong hands? That’s down right Scary! :bsad:

Yet we do “nothing” comparatively in the Sudan and continue to give one the greatest human rights offenders in the world, Red China, most favored Nation trade status. :td: We gave away Taiwan to China and now owe trillions to them. Unfortunately, China doesn’t look any more “democratic” to me than they did 30 years ago. Another failed backdoor method of exporting democracy and capitalism, I’m afraid. :bn:

A sad state of affairs methinks. :sigh:
